Day 1: Calgary
Arrive in Calgary, if you arrive by car, there is a hotel parking or take the free shuttle from the airport to the hotel, you’re cordially invited to our welcome dinner at 6pm.
Day 5: Jasper.
Today enjoy another beautiful part of Jasper National Park as we ride up to Maligne Lake for an included Cruise over Maligne Lake and a step-off to Spirit Island. We will stay one more night in Jasper.
Day 9: Lethbridge – Waterton
This morning we head out south to Cardston to visit the REMINGTON CARRIAGE MUSEUM before continuing to WATERTON LAKES NATIONAL PARK, a rare gem located in the southwestern corner of Alberta. This small picturesque village features majestic towering cliffs, unique geological formations, beautiful waterfalls and snow-clad mountain peaks. This riding tour includes the historic Prince of Wales Hotel and Cameron Falls. Opt in on a scenic BOAT CRUISE on Waterton Lake. The day comes to a close in Waterton.
Day 2: Calgary – Banff – Kananaskis
After breakfast we’ll pick up the motorcycles and travel to Banff National Park, tour in, and around the Banff area before we return to Kananaskis country for an overnight stay at the Kananaskis Village hotel.
Day 6: Jasper – Edmonton
Let’s continue and enjoy the ride to Edmonton that includes a city-riding-tour of Edmonton before we’ll check in at the famous Fantasyland Hotel for one night. The hotel is attached to the biggest shopping mall of Canada, explore the activities, ice hockey and skating and lots of shops of course.
Day 10: Waterton – High River
Step back in time with a guided tour of the FORT MUSEUM of the NWMP. Then visit the famous HEAD-SMASHED-IN BUFFALO JUMP to explore the colourful past of one of the oldest and largest buffalo jump sites in North America. Continue to High River – home of the TV Series, Heartland. This popular family drama is regularly filmed here, set against the magnificent backdrop of our southern Alberta foothills. Visit the MUSEUM OF THE HIGHWOOD featuring ‘A Little Bit of Hollywood in High River’, special images and props on loan from the CBC television set. Overnight in High River
Day 3: Kananaskis – Lake Louise
Today we enjoy a beautiful ride through the Bow Valley and explore some highlights of that area. We will visit some stunning lakes, canyons and falls, like Moraine Lake, Lake Louise, Emerald Lake, the Natural Bridge, the Takakkaw Falls and Johnson Canyon.
Day 7: Edmonton – Drumheller
Travel south and continue to the Badlands and eventually Drumheller, a goldmine of ancient dinosaur skeletons and history.After an early dinner, it’s off to the award-winning and spectacular PASSION PLAY outdoor amphitheatre. Overnight in Drumheller.
Day 11: High River – Calgary
An exciting day is in store as you visit the BOTANICAL GARDENS OF SILVER SPRINGS. Return motorcycles, Free time to explore downtown Calgary before our Farewell Dinner and your Motorcycle Tour Director Neil will leave the group. Last hotel & night in Calgary.
Day 4: Lake Louise – Jasper
We will continue our journey by driving on one of the world’s most spectacular highways, according to UNESCO – the ICEFIELDS PARKWAY. We enter Jasper National Park and here’s the surprise: your package includes a ride up to Athabasca Glacier with an Ice Truck where you can actually walk on the glacier, fill your water bottle with the clear glacier water and enjoy the experience. From there we drive via Sunwapta Falls and Athabasca Falls to Jasper where we will check in for two nights.
Day 8: Drumheller – Lethbridge
After breakfast we’ll visit the ROYAL TYRRELL MUSEUM, one of the largest palaeontology museums in the world. Let’s do a picture stop at THE HOODOOS, before we travel further to Lethbridge, a beautiful city noted for its friendly people and warm Chinook winds. Overnight in Lethbridge.
Day 12: End of Tour
